Students of the department are equally good in extracurricular & Co-curricular activities and received some awards as well. The class of 2022 and 2023 have been placed at renowned organizations like Deloitte, Mindtree and Cognizant. Many students have actively participated and successfully completed trainings programs, Coursera and NPTEL courses. 35 numbers (2022) and 42 numbers (2023) of students have cleared GRE, SET (SLET), GATE, govt. jobs and other competitive examinations. One of the BE Civil A1 3/4 of AY 2022-23 students by name Mr.Manoj Rami Reddy was selected to represent the Osmania University in the “All India Inter University Athletics Championships” organized by Mangalore University from January 4-7, 2022. Students received over-all championship in both Men and Women during Annual Sports meet, Shruthi 2022. Civil Engineering. Students have also enrolled and actively participated in different clubs at Institute level. Mr. S.V. Muthesham Ahmed and Mr. M. Satish has been selected for the Young Scientist Award for Oral presentation in the Telangana Environment Congress organized by Center for Environment and Development, Thiruvananthapuram in association with National Institute for Micro Small and Medium enterprises, Govt. of India and Center for Innovations in Public System and Pure Earth foundation on 16th & 17th April 2019.
