The objective of this FDP is to nurture the philosophy of Outcome based Education (OBE) and build the capacity of the young Faculty members/ Head of the Department / Principal / Director of the Institutions, so as to facilitate its institutionalization in the Teaching Learning System and other Academic Processes of the institution. Development and implementation of good academic processes in an institutionalized manner by involving not only teachers but also students and their continuous improvement is paramount in assuring the quality of the outcome of any of the Programmes of the Institution. FDP will have sufficient discussions, deliberations, in case study approach, as to how re-engineering or fine tuning of the academic processes can drastically improve the quality of the outcome, which will not only seamlessly facilitate the Institution in getting the NBA Accreditation of the Programme but will also develop confidence amongst the stakeholders, in a sustainable manner. In this FDP, there will be technical sessions on the following topics, by experts from Academia and Industry.
